As former SVP, CAP and CFO of Limited Brands Real Estate and Store Planning Divisions, Steve brings to the table a plethora of experience and wisdom. At ASG, he has developed market-by-market new store location strategies for multiple brands, developed a new real estate deal and lease administration system (Oracle based), integrated with Industry-leading GIS software and has created asset management methodology resulting in better capital allocation decisions and significant repositioning of store portfolio.
Spencer has three decades of experience working with research, design, engineering and business partners to build remarkably successful products. He holds dozens of US and foreign patents and draws on this rich background to define the optimum relationship and points of integration that will facilitate the greatest possible impact from teamwork between design, research and the social science.
Doug is a former business leader, who over the past 15 years has served as CEO of Kraft General Foods Canada, Chairman/CEO of Borden Foods Corporation and most recently Chairman/CEO of Best Brands Corporation, the global leader in bakery supplies until its sale to CSM Corporation. His specific areas of interest are leadership and organizational effectiveness, happiness and well-being and the skill of dealing with setbacks in life.
Webb is a partner at the Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease LLP Columbus office and a member of the commercial and real estate and healthcare practice groups. He has extensive experience advising and assisting domestic and international clients with the structure, negotiation and documentation of purchases, sales and leases of personal and real property. His experience also includes distribution and licensing arrangements, and secured and unsecured financings.
