He is the vision behind Summerfield, a member of 40 Under 40’s Class of 2013, and recently recognized as one of Columbus Business First’s 20 People to Know in Advertising, PR & Media.
Andrew understands that strategy comes first – from identifying objectives to launching new products, creating and repositioning brands to building corporate systems, from designing comprehensive solutions to meeting your goals. He maintains brand integrity by identifying, building and guiding a talented team powered by open conceptual thinking and strategic vision.
When Andrew is not working, you can find him brewing his own beer, making kombucha or most importantly, making home movies with his kids.
The vice president that keeps us on track. As an integral part of Summerfield Laura merges her passion for clean layouts, vibrant design and her experience in project, personnel and client management. Laura always focuses on going above and beyond to provide clients with exceptional service, creative ideas and insightful solutions that will work for them.
When Laura is not at the office, you can find her poolside (that’s baby poolside) in the summer, dancing away at concerts or shopping at the local farmers markets.
Since joining the team in 2011, Cory’s unique combination of graphic design and digital development skills along with his get-it-done attitude, has made him the go-to for a variety of Summerfield’s projects. These projects range from the creation of a new brand identity to the development of user interface design and flawless code for innovative, responsive websites. His positive attitude and precise attention to detail make him a great mentor for directing and leading the junior designers.
Out the office, you can find Cory networking with the local design community, hitting up a happy hour in the Short North Arts District and experiencing the outdoors at his family’s farm.
Todd has more than 15 years of experience as a Designer and Art Director. He has been recognized with awards by several industry associations for his unique and innovative creative work. Todd strongly believes that “quality is the one article of the trade which cannot be compromised,” and this is clearly seen in his work.
Todd has experience working for dozens of clients across a myriad of industries, creating boundary-pushing print and digital campaigns for QSR’s, non-profits, nationally-recognized tourism destinations, healthcare organizations, professional sports organizations and more. His versatility across industries is unique in the creative community.
At Summerfield, Todd is overseeing the expansion and growth of the Creative Department, as well as mentoring junior and mid-level designers.

JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Dallas joined Summerfield in June, and has already begun making her mark. She has worked on many different types of projects such as branding, menu design and type-based layout pieces. Known in the office as the Wellness Warrior, Dallas spearheads our company wellness program by incorporating healthy choices into our daily routines. She enjoys anything that gives her the opportunity to learn something new.
Outside of the office, Dallas can be found trying new restaurants, getting creative in the kitchen, going on hiking adventures or planning her next beach vacation.
After finishing his final year at Columbus College of Art & Design, Joe is currently honing his advertising and design skills and experimenting with any and all mediums that he can get his hands on. As a Graphic Designer, Joe plays an integral role in the development and completion of many of Summerfield's projects and tasks.
Joe is an Ohio-native now living in the heart of Columbus. He enjoys architecture and furniture design, going to local art & design events and being a part of the creative community. When not in design mode, he can be found watching a foreign language film at Gateway or visiting the dog park with his trusty sidekick, Gogo.
Chad joined the Summerfield team in the Spring of 2017. As the Director of Client Relations Chad uses his vast network in Columbus and beyond to build longlasting working relationships. Providing clients excellent customer service and quick responsiveness has allowed Chad to build a strong network of connections. He has specialized in several areas of marketing helping client’s businesses thrive through achieving their goals.
Chad has a passion paying it forward in his Columbus Community. He currently is a Board Member for A Kid Again, as well as Franklinton Gardens. Additionally, he has served as a Committee Member for The 2nd & 7 Foundation for the last 5 years and volunteered with numerous other non-profit events and charitable organizations.
Outside the office, Chad enjoys spending time with his 5 dogs, playing in volleyball and softball in tournaments, traveling to new destinations, or cooking for family and friends.
Joining Team Summerfield fresh out of Columbus College of Art & Design, Sarah brings a diverse range of creative skills to the table. From creating type-based infographics to producing her own enamel pins and posters, Sarah loves all aspects of design – especially if it involves illustration. Her favorite part of any project, however, is the initial conceptual and strategic planning phase.
When she’s not designing at Summerfield, Sarah can be found working on personal projects, searching for cool finds at the thrift store, tracking down the nearest beach or hanging out with her rabbit, Chester.
JUNIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR
An advertising major at the University of Illinois, Brista joins Summerfield Advertising as our Junior Marketing Intern. She has one more year of school, but is already making her mark in Columbus.
When researching different brands, Brista identifies key information that is used to create brand positioning and messaging. By understanding that a brand goes far beyond the logo, she puts her research into action efficiently and effectively. Outside of advertising, Brista relaxes by playing soccer, working out, traveling and getting coffee with friends.

As former SVP, CAP and CFO of Limited Brands Real Estate and Store Planning Divisions, Steve brings to the table a plethora of experience and wisdom. At ASG, he has developed market-by-market new store location strategies for multiple brands, developed a new real estate deal and lease administration system (Oracle based), integrated with Industry-leading GIS software and has created asset management methodology resulting in better capital allocation decisions and significant repositioning of store portfolio.
Spencer has three decades of experience working with research, design, engineering and business partners to build remarkably successful products. He holds dozens of US and foreign patents and draws on this rich background to define the optimum relationship and points of integration that will facilitate the greatest possible impact from teamwork between design, research and the social science.
Doug is a former business leader, who over the past 15 years has served as CEO of Kraft General Foods Canada, Chairman/CEO of Borden Foods Corporation and most recently Chairman/CEO of Best Brands Corporation, the global leader in bakery supplies until its sale to CSM Corporation. His specific areas of interest are leadership and organizational effectiveness, happiness and well-being and the skill of dealing with setbacks in life.
Webb is a partner at the Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease LLP Columbus office and a member of the commercial and real estate and healthcare practice groups. He has extensive experience advising and assisting domestic and international clients with the structure, negotiation and documentation of purchases, sales and leases of personal and real property. His experience also includes distribution and licensing arrangements, and secured and unsecured financings.
